Manhattan Maintenance Co. is a 100% woman and minority owned office cleaning and janitorial services company with SBA 8(a) certification that recently surpassed two decades of service in the greater tri state area. Established in 1981, Manhattan Maintenance Company believes in providing our customers with our award winning customer service and expertise in the many facets of the building services industry: commercial, retail, governmental, financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing/production, industrial, healthcare, retirement communities, educational, gym, and multi-tenant facilities. Manhattan Maintenance provides building maintenance and cleaning services in New York State, Manhattan and the five boroughs, New Jersey, Connecticut, New England, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. MMC provides Building Services to our clients in a variety of ways. Our services are offered as part of a package- including janitorial services & supplies, HVAC, landscaping and snow plowing- or individually. No two clients are the same so MMC customizes a maintenance program for each which includes:
- A direct contact with company's ownership- You don't get transferred to different departments that do not know the intricacies of your contract and facility.
- Providing our proven quality control and staffing programs that are used to ensure that all specifications of each client are met and exceeded.
- Use MMC's proprietary Time Management Program to monitor employee productivity while at client facilities. Our computerized employee system monitors start and stop times for various tasks to assure all time spent at your facility is productive.
- Employee training and development begin at the onset of the contract. A heavy emphasis is placed on the safe use of various chemicals, equipment and on-site safety.
